If you have questions about whether your insurance provider is accepted by Dr. Aylor, please feel free to contact her office or representative.  Please remember that in order for your insurance provider to pay for your services, they must be deemed medically necessary. All claims are processed in a timely fashion. 

Patients will be expected to pay co-payments or payments towards deductibles at the time of the visit.

Patients are responsible for any costs that insurance does not pay. 

Late cancellations and NO SHOW visits are not covered by insurance and patients will be billed for the entire allowable cost of the missed session.

MAGELLAN (some Blue Shield plans carve out their mental health benefits to Magellan)

PLEASE NOTE:  SOME INSURANCE PANELS MAY STATE THAT DR. AYLOR IS OPEN TO TAKING NEW PATIENTS WITH THEIR INSURANCE.  THIS IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE.
